Belonging to an experienced builder, this newly built duplex featured a distinctively large kitchen that was rare among its kind. Starting from the kitchen, we set out to create the unique and modern look our client wanted. We chose dark grey cabinetry and paired it with lighter wood finishes to achieve a balanced look. To further define the living room and kitchen areas, we designed a herringbone pattern floor using a sleek porcelain tile that extends from the hallway into the powder room. The final product resulted in a home that reflected the client’s vision of a personalized space.
