Every project begins with and is grounded by a relationship with the client. We meet in-person with the client to discuss project needs, aesthetics, timeframe, and budget. By establishing the scope of work, we then prepare the design proposal.
Together with the client, we begin exploring potential layouts and provide guidance on furniture, fixtures, and finishes. At the same time, we complete site measurements for the purposes of creating 3D modelling and renderings that will further assist the space planning process.
Once we establish a creative direction, we turn our focus towards the details with drawing packages and begin sourcing the pieces that will bring together the space. We walk you through the options, providing our professional insight and continue to engage your input throughout. We remain flexible at this stage, pivoting as needed.
When executing the design vision, there are many moving parts and professionals who participate in the process. While overseeing and managing the workflow, we take leadership by placing orders, managing approved orders, and collaborating with contractors. At the same time, we keep you informed and necessarily involved. We hold ourselves accountable to your budget, wants, and original goals every step of the way through to project completion.
