With the Delta House, we aimed to create a contemporary, elegant, and practical space for family living. The design flowed throughout the house, reflecting the homeowners' style. The family room fireplace, adorned with porcelain slabs and custom millwork, became the focal point of the main floor.
With the unique challenge of limited dining space, we designed a custom kitchen island with a combined dining table. This solution maximized the available space, providing a functional and open area for family gatherings.
Special features, including decorative lighting, feature artwork, customized furniture, and bold black wallpaper, added distinctive touches throughout the home. The success of this project was based on mutual trust, enabling us to create a harmonious design that elegantly captured the desired aesthetic while satisfying the family's practical needs.
